Get whatcha want, when ya want it! Bottom line is mobile is where people are finding what they want and where they want to go for EVERYTHING! Google knows this and has a hyper focus on mobile.

Hyperlocal is basically your very close proximity in the community.

Examples:
  • Washington State (WA) - not at all hyperlocal
  • Thurston County , WA - sort of hyperlocal
  • Downtown Olympia, WA - hyperlocal

Being aware of hyperlocal when it comes to mobile is important because more and more people are searching for something on their mobile device and looking for products and services, chiropractors included, when they are out and about in their local community. Since their mobile device knows where they are at that moment their SERPs (Search Engine Results Page) will show what is closest in their immediate community/local area.

1. Is Your Chiropractic Website Responsive?

You must make certain your chiropractic website is optimized for mobile devices (aka Responsive). If it's not you might be missing out on over 50% of possible traffic to your website. Potential patients find it dated and cumbersome to have to deal with websites that do not display properly on their mobile devices. So, if it's not currently responsive and optimized properly you are not only losing out on business you are burning bridges with negative experiences. In short, you are damaging your good name. Bottom line is if your Google My Business is not 100% you have very little chance of making it into the Google 3-Pack. Include known points of interest, events, etc. If you have multiple locations make sure you have different landing pages for each location and create content specific to each one.
