About Michael Melton
While working as a massage therapist in the early 1990s, I became interested in the field of whiplash injuries. I started BodyMind Publications in 1993 and in 1995, wrote my first book for chiropractors, The Complete Guide to Whiplash. Since that time, I've been writing books, newsletters, and videos for chiropractors on the topic of whiplash.
In 2000, I thought it was time to take the scientific information about the benefits of chiropractic straight to the people who matter the most -- your patients -- and started creating chiropractic websites for doctors around the US.
"Melton's book is the most accessible and organized source of information regarding injuries associated with moderate and lower speed motor crashes that I have come across. I own dozens of rather expensive texts on the subject, yet when I need to find well researched and accurate information on whiplash injuries quickly, the first reference that I use is Melton's. It is particularly helpful when looking for relevant citations. I tell every audience that I lecture to on the subject that there is no better way to quickly educate themselves regarding whiplash injuries."
