Testing Your Site for Mobile Devices

January 21, 2015

Over the last few years, we've written about how important it is to have a mobile version of your chiropractic website. More and more search traffic is coming from phones and tablets, and if your site doesn't work on those devices, you're losing potential patients.

How critical is this issue? Search Engine Land reports that Google is now sending notices to website owners who don't have mobile-ready sites.

Google's goal is to make sure that users have a good experience when they do a search, and that means making sure that a mobile user has a good experience on their mobile device when they land on a search result page. If your site doesn't work on mobile devices, Google won't rank that page for mobile users.

Google Mobile-Friendly Tester

Mobile-ready websites are so important, Google has put together their Mobile-Friendly Test site so that you can add your website URL and check your site for compatibility.

Run your chiropractic website through Google's testing site, and check the results. If your site doesn't pass, give us a call at (800) 295-3346 to get a website that's modern and responds automatically to the user's device!
